Because of Levi Moore’s background (journalism, media spokesperson), PROXY 2.0 has been solicited to provide business communications assistance on a number of occasions. PROXY 2.0 has prepared issue papers on Visual Noise and Digital Billboards, in addition to assisting on a number of grant proposals, press releases and the web-site for the visual technology company.

Serve as the Illinois Statehouse correspondent for the Examiner.com internet news network.

Wrote a monthly column on government activities that impact the Chicago technology community.
#4– The Ely Consulting Group
PROXY 2.0 was retained to prepare a Local Economic Developer’s Guide to Labor Management Councils. This was a manual to help local stakeholders form labor management committees and/or councils.
#5 – Communications Network Development Partnership
Working as a principal of CNDP, Levi Moore was the primary writer and editor of a Telecommunications Infrastructure Audit, a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategic (CEDS) Plan and a Food Processing Industry Feasibility Study for Pembroke Township, IL.
#6 – Presidential Spin
PROXY 2.0 led a team that developed “ghost editorials” for a (confidential) presidential campaign. The editorials topics included local perceptions of homeland security efforts, impact of gasoline hikes on regular citizens and government stifling of small business development efforts.
#7 – Illinois workNet
PROXY 2.0 redesigned the entire Business Services section of the State of Illinois’ virtual workforce development web –site. This included all content and site navigation.
#8 – Chicago Software Association – Public Affairs Committee
Wrote a monthly column on State of Illinois public policy issues that impacted the technology industry for the association’s electronic newsletter.
